Weekend Administrative Assistant
Weekend Administrative Assistant Duties
As our weekend admin you will be the face of the Recovery Support Center during the weekend open hours, currently from 4:30pm to about 8:30pm on Saturdays and from 8:30am to about 8:30pm on Sundays. This part-time, multi-faceted position will provide assistance to several different groups, as detailed below. This position will also work as a team with the other administrative assistants to ensure that coverage is provided during all open hours in a seamless fashion.
Recovery Groups and Classes

- Provide IT Support for groups utilizing zoom/teleconferencing for hybrid meetings or the in-room sound system.
- Record estimated head count for each group/class/meeting.
- Maintain coffee bar (fresh coffee, stocked supplies, clean surfaces.
- Provide tours and information to potential recovery groups and class instructors.
- Wipe down tables/clean up spills as needed.
Care Providers

- Schedule new meetings/clients as requested.
- Accept, scan, and log any co-pays collected and secure for processing.
- Printing materials, formatting letters, and other administrative assistance as requested.
Administrative Services Manager

- Answer phones for both the Recovery Housing Program and the Recovery Support Center and direct calls as appropriate.
- Accept and scan any payments for the Recovery Housing Program and secure for further processing.
- Log supply and maintenance requests.
- Creation of/assistance with marketing videos, social media posts, and/or donation request letters.
- Other tasks as assigned.
