There are many other recovery resources available for New Mexico residents. We list some below, along with a description of what your experience with each of these recovery resource types may be like.
Inpatient Treatment Centers
Inpatient or residential treatment centers can be short or long term. Short term treatment centers last 30 days or less. Long term treatment lasts 30 days or greater. Typically, services are provided to residents in the form of a 24-hour residential, non-medical, substance free environment to promote recovery. However, some environments also provide medical oversight.

Often, our residents will submit an application for our Four Pillars Program as they enter residential treatment. This often works out perfectly, where we have a room ready just as they are completing their inpatient stay. If you’d like to go that route, apply today.
Outpatient Centers
When used in context of substance abuse treatment, outpatient means that the patients do not live at the facility but rather come for classes, visits, or group meetings. Outpatient treatment can be categorized as intensive outpatient (IOP), partial hospital program (PHP), or other outpatient program.

Transitional Living
Transitional living can provide a person with monitoring and support upon reintegration into society when recovering from a dependency. Sometimes transitional living is called a halfway house.
